Hello! I’m Luis, your catering chef. I have spent more than 20 years dedicating my life cooking different cultured foods. Including, Chinese, Italian and Hawaiian. About a few years ago I decided to start my own business with my family, cooking dishes closer to our Mexican roots. As a kid in Leon, Guanajuato I always enjoyed my mother’s cooking. Plenty of times I shared the kitchen with her. She went as far as to teach me the special green hot sauce we serve in our catering. Now I am here sharing what I’ve learned from her hoping to leave you with a little taste of Mexico.
