Taquiza Contract Terms and Conditions.

1. When contracting the Tacos and Banquets service, the consumer must do the full payment of your banquet reservation.

​

2. If the consumer decides to cancel their banquet reservation with 7 days in advance, Tacos and Banquets can only return 75% of the amount paid by the consumer. this according to previous expenses of supplies.

​

3. If the consumer decides to cancel their banquet reservation 3 to 1 days before the reservation date, Tacos y Banquetes can only return 50% of the amount paid by the consumer. this according to previous product  purchases.

​

4. Tacos y Banquetes, will provide a quality service and responsibility to the consumer,If there should be any conflict within the service hours of Tacos y Banquets, having broken equipment or loss of equipment, the consumer must be responsible for the payment of any loss.

5. Hiring any of our packages Tacos y Banquetes guarantees punctuality at the time agreed by the consumer, 1:00 Hr. cooking  and 2:00 Hrs. of service.

6.Any package includes supplies for the consumption of the event (plates, glasses, forks, napkins).

​

7. Tacos y Banquetes, after finishing its 3:00 hrs of banquet service, gives to  the consumer the food that is left.

​

8. Tacos y Banquetes, is not responsible after giving the consumer the leftover food, If any situation of discomfort occurs in any of the guests (It is recommended the correct use of maintaining the food, and adequate hygiene for the consumption after Tacos y Banquetes finished)
